A fusion of Korean and Filipino cuisine brings together the best of both worlds—bold spices, rich umami, and comforting flavors. The balance of Korean heat and fermentation with Filipino sweetness and savoriness creates a unique and exciting dining experience. Dishes like kimchi sinigang, bibimbap silog, and samgyeopsal with spiced vinegar highlight the harmony of these two food cultures. Whether you're a fan of hearty stews, grilled meats, or flavorful rice bowls, this fusion cuisine offers something familiar yet refreshingly new. A must-try for adventurous food lovers!

Cafe Soom and The Dam are one of our family favorite restaurants! You can really say that the food is authentic and made with love and care. The Korean food culture being brought to the Philippines along with also offering filipino dishes is what makes this restaurant one of a kind. We would eat here again

Ate here for late dinner. The place is located at the second floor. Food was really good. Generous portions as well. We ordered their set and the side dishes were unique and delicious. The servers were also very nice and accommodating. Quick to serve our meals. Highly recommended our server Fraiza. She knew what to recommend. They are now serving more Filipino dishes. Ask for the Korean dishes menu, They have free parking at the back as well
